Actress Peri Gilpin was born in Waco, Texas on May. 27th 1961. She first appeared on the small screen in an episode of 21 Jump Street in 1988. In 1992 she appeared in the sitcom Wings, which was produced by Roz Doyle, the name of the character Peri Gilpin plays on Frasier. In 1993 she was cast in her most popular role, as Roz Doyle on Frasier along side of Jane Leeves. Peri Gilpin also appeared in an episode of Cheers.
