Charlotte Ross was born in Winnetka, Illinois on January 21st 1968. Though best known for her role of Connie McDowell on NYPD Blue, she made her debut in the 1986 movie Touch and Go. A year later she was cast on the soap-opera Days Of Our Lives. She starred with Katey Sagal from Married With Children in the 1991 movie She Says She's Innocent. In 1994 she starred in the Renee Zellweger movie Love And A .45.
