Actress Jane Leeves was born in East Grinstead, Sussex, England on April 18th 1961. She is best known as Daphne Moon on the sitcom Frasier. Frasier also stars Peri Gilpin. She began her acting career in England in 1983 in Monty Python's The Meaning of Life. In 1983 and 1984 she appeared on The Benny Hill Show. She then headed for Hollywood and became a regular on Murphy Brown starring with Candice Bergen and Faith Ford. She is best known as Daphne Moon from Frasier. Faith Ford and Valerie Bertinelli are two of Jane Leeves best friends.
